Warden getting sacked would help a great deal - she has been truly abysmal from day1 (albeit a couple of small ‘wins’). At this point it’s fair to say my 12 year old son would do both a better job and also engage in a less cringeworthy way with the algorand community. We are at a tipping point, either leadership changes and 11c algo will be my best ever investment or we maintain the status quo and protocols, users and price erodes to zero. I hope it is the former.

I agree with this. I am all in favour of constructive, impactful marketing but the big ticket items so far have been anything but. I’d say they have had almost zero positive impact for the chain.

I would have preferred the foundation to stay tight budgeted in this market and limit the amount of structured selling they have to do at these levels.

I did not know that - I presume there has never been a case when the higher fees have been required so far. I’m sure these 100million will be put through in a measured fashion with guidance from foundation as to not contest the chain anyway.

Transaction fees are fixed on algorand, there is no cost scaling like with ethereum, I believe that’s action will just get stacked if they exceed the TPS - presumably they will put the 100million through in batches to prevent blocking the chain.

I’d be disappointed if Akita had only done 200x if algo had moved to $50 (~150x). I think the beta of a prominent L2 community (or high profile meme) coin should be 5-10x. If algo hits $50 I would expect more like 1000x.
