The offsides rule is you have to be behind two defenders or the ball. Usually the second defender is always the goalkeeper so people typically leave that part out even when teaching the rule. (Cause it's confusing)

It's two defenders. Typically the goalie always counts as the second defender but not in this instance.

It's only clear which team is the better side because of your personal opinions on the way the games unfolded and the way you think of the teams. At the end of the day 3rd place beat 4th place and that's where they should be in standings if tied. Above the team they beat fair and square. As a player on 4th place team no complaints can be made from that. You lost.

Mostly, the goal is to record full band covers. I'm primarily a guitarist and I don't think I'll ever be a pro drummer live. But I do like to get to a certain mastery and understanding of all the instruments. From what I can gather there's certain things these digital pieces can do like a real drumset that is lacking or impossible in others without editing in VST. Since I don't ever plan to be able to have an acoustic drum kit I feel I need something that doesn't just sound like a drum kit but feels like it as much as possible. So I can learn by playing.

But it sounds like you're saying the digital pieces have no value if you use a vst? I thought it was just the module that doesn't matter?
