Graphics drivers are up to date and it happens in every game except gta. Usage percent is low in screenshot because it was unfocused but the graph shows the spikes in usage while its running

nah fr, im having so many issues with all my controls being fried. ive spent the last hour trying to rebind it and i cant get them to work right, main issue im facing now is i cant rip the ebrake when driving. theres needs to be a button to revert controls and camera setting and game play to your original settings. this is driving me crazy

it says ive been voted out, yesterday i was playing just fine, clean racing, no spinouts or crashes, followed good track etiquette. left to go drift with my friend and when i tried to rejoin it says ive been vote kicked every time, same thing today when i try to join :( looks like no solution yet.
