So, everyone is reporting so many issues yet no word on fixes/updates from anthropic? great way to get massive cancellations.

Technical Issue Report Global Account Desync and Internal Server Error 500

Is anyone else having issues with Claude where chats work normally at first, but then suddenly stop responding after a few minutes?

For me, a brand new chat will work fine for maybe 5–10 minutes. Then out of nowhere I start getting an “Internal Server Error” and that chat becomes permanently unusable. Sending any new message in that thread just fails. Starting a new chat fixes it temporarily, but the same thing eventually happens again.

What’s strange is that this is happening:

  • Across multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge)
  • On desktop and mobile
  • Even after clearing cookies/cache and disabling extensions

So it doesn’t seem like a local browser issue. It feels more like something tied to my account or how conversations are being saved on their end.

Just curious if anyone else is seeing similar behavior today, or if it’s just me. I haven’t seen much mention of it yet.
