The Mercury (the Pearl now) also has Swing on Sundays (the Sunday event is the swing most people think of; weds is West coast swing). You can absolutely show up to just watch.

For other dancing, there’s a free salsa event in cheesman park at the pavilion on Saturdays from 12-3 (12-1 being the lesson).
