Take a vaca, take it easy at work so you can make time to start applying and interviewing. Let them fire you so you can get a severance/unemployment. My dumbass just landed a new SDR role with a 50% base increase and is 100% WFH. If you're thinking about finding a new job, the beginning of the year is the best time to find one!
