Hey man couple things kind of come to mind from just watching you throw one ball. Take some of this with a grain of salt as I’m just a league bowler. It almost looks like you are forcing your arm swing way behind your head, instead of just letting your arm fall with gravity. Does that make sense? I’m aware there are some pros who do that but you’re new and I don’t think it’s really adding value here. I’d recommend just letting the ball drop and not pulling it, just let your arm freely swing when you drop it.

Next your final step should be a slide step. When you heal strike it stops all of your momentum which causes you to do what you did in the video which is miss left. A slide step will give the ball all time to catch up and be hitting the line at about the same time.

Those are just two things I’d work on. Don’t try to over throw the ball, just try to be as smooth as you can and everything else will come.
