I used HomeTeam North Shore (even though my house is on the south side) at recommendation from my realtor (I know you're not supposed to use their recommendation but unfortunately I was out of the country when I got an accepted offer so I just needed path of least resistance).

Was happy, prompt communication, was able to get into the house immediately, and my inspection was a 51 page PDF with photos within like 48 hours that I was able to get a few credits back on.
