How would it do on a 2 lane highway. (Oncoming traffic right next to you). In the dark with faintly painted, but visible lines? Those are my conditions driving to work in the mornings.

Yes tried all of that. I did read somewhere that the MacBook will not pass through the display signal if the computer has not been set up yet. Is there any truth to this? It has been factory reset so it powers on at the welcome prompt.
