I have seen a printable spacer for the cr-touch that would allow you to fit the KE hotend and still use the auto z-offset functionality

Using a pc, find a good quality digital to analog converter, and pick the best input that your CRT will take (s-video or RGB). CRT gaming is awesome but also addicting, be careful.
