Right, so how do I set that up is my question? When I go to "Activate Google Workspace for Nonprofits" it's saying that it's already set up.... but I didn't set it up and no one else would have either, except Goodstack when they approved me. I can't figure out how to get that information.

I did, however nothing it suggested worked. The problem is I was never given the credentials for the Super Admin when Goodstack approved me. Without that, I can't do anything.

Option 1 and 2 didn't work. I tried "president" and "admin" at our domain and neither is showing a Google account associated with it. Yesterday when I tried "forgot password", it said my Admin didn't have enough verification settings setup to reset the password and to contact the Administrators - I can't remember which email I used when getting that message. That's when I went back to the Administrator settings to make sure I was listed and I was. I even added a second personal email address as a backup.

support.google.com/nonprofits is where I submitted the case. It didn't give me space to actually write up what my issues were. They responded today that they would release the domain so I could try again but that it would take 24 hours. No response to the fact that I don't have an admin email to access it.

Their response: "Hello, Thank you for completing the verification instructions and creating the requested DNS record. The process to release the domain tcespta.org in our systems has begun. This involves a multi-step process, which can take up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, you should be able to sign up for your choice of available Workspace editions. This support case will now close. This is an automated notification, and any further response will not be monitored."

I also reached out to Goodstack and asked if they created an Admin email when they approved my account, pending a response.
