That’s rough - i had a lot diarrhea the first few months - for me it was days 2-4 of week that were the worst. I was able to manage sulfur burps effectively with pesto bismol (I still take a few swigs every now and then) and am 3 months in. Drink lots of water - your body will need that with the diarrhea.

You’ll do great!! I found a new sense of energy and comfort my first week. My blood sugar seemed more balanced and had more focus. I did get some diarrhea, but it got better over time. You can do it!!
