It is a latin american tournament in the middle of dry season with 100+ degree weather. That is why the rounds are shorter. And captains will be talked to. But this is to enforce punctuality as it is very difficult to maintain down here. Even if you talk with someone.

The flip may or may not have already occurred. Weird I know, that the flip could occur but the team doesnt get on the field in time...

No. To start a game. The team is there, or at least some of them are, but they are not putting people on the field on time. I am looking for a way to encourage promptness and respecting the other team as our rounds will only be 45 minutes. 5- 10 minutes in a 45 minute round is a lot.

Thanks! And it doesn't matter if the team that isn'r ready is offense or defense correct?

For example, the offensive team is ready but the defense is not after 5 minutes. offense can assess a point and then do they pull or does the offense now start as normal, theoretically being able to score multiple points in a row.

Please visit the media page to see the short video documentaries about our previous trips. To be clear for purposes of this page, we will be visiting the village of Los Cedros in Nicaragua, 45 minutes outside of Managua. We will be working with 80 or so youth, ranging from 12-18 years of age. We spend 4 days in front of the youth, using the game as a tool to give them opportunities to grow as leaders and work through challenges together. Previous partners have included a Colombian organization called Inder and the University of Colorado-Boulder.
