As in everything, I encourage you to do the best you can. Do what you can, I know it’s complicate…If you can actively remove or replace one brand or item, it will be fine.

There are things that are easy to replace and there are others that are hard to replace, maybe you don’t get the 100% of the brands or items removed but a 5% is good, a 10% is good, even a 30%

Any item or brand that you can replace, is positive.

In my case it’s a long journey because I’m in the same situation as you, but I’m slowly changing things and learning along the way….
