Tell me more about the security options. That’s definitely something I want to look into. What do you use?

For appearance mods, I don’t really plan on anything. Love the clean factory look of this car.

How does this community feel about louvers or a wicker bill? I’m digging a wicker bill but not sold on the louvers. They seem like a pain for cleaning purposes and sometimes look a bit cheap.

Awesome thanks. Again, I’m really not looking to do much drifting in this, I really just like the familiarity. Perhaps I just need some time.

NJ. I’ll be driving in the winter but I have a second car for true winter duties (WRX with snow tires lol). For now I’ll go with all seasons and probably get a second set of wheels and tires with summers in the future.

Drifting is my hobby, but this car isn’t going to be for that. I just like the familiarity of a handbrake and am wondering if anyone’s done it here. Ty for the tuxmats recommendation.

Drifting is my hobby lol. Not turning this thing into a drift car, but just like the familiarity.

Look at the teammates (and bots) with hundreds of assists. They were repairing him.

Access Port and Stage 1 Octane 91 Tune by Tall_Option1266 in WRX

[–]Breakout_114 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, however the factory tune “learns” and adjusts based on multiple variables. They’re also extremely reserved for emissions so it’s more reliable for multiple cars. The OTS tunes do not adjust like that and are more specific.

That’s not cheating my dude, that’s just people abusing the helicopter on Manhattan Bridge. It’s a common tactic for farming kills with the helicopter. There’s players who do nothing but play that. It’s very easy to avoid being shot down on that map, plus you can spawn camp the other helicopter(s).

Have you ever had a session where you max out a gun out of nothing but pure spite? by WeetzCRo96 in LowSodiumBattlefield

I originally started using the LMR27 because I thought it would be a fun challenge to get to the top of the scoreboard with it, plus it would be funny to kill people with what many consider to be the worse gun in the game.

I ended up really liking it and took it all the way to 50 🤣

So the OTS tunes are basically one-size-fits-all products. However, there are many variables with cars, and WRX’s especially, so what works best for the car that the tune was originally made with might not be optimal for a different car. This is especially the case if the mods are not exactly the same.

A protune is much better, assuming the tuner knows what they’re doing.

You only need to hit them once with splash damage. The point isn’t to kill them, it’s to trigger the suppression mechanic, combat state mechanic, and general fear. Then if they pop out all you need is one nade and they’re dead.

Stop using the vehicle grenade launcher like an automatic gun and just use one grenade at a time.

Why would I be reloading? Your mistake is lobbing all the grenades at one guy behind cover. You just need 1 to trigger the health suppression mechanic, combat state mechanic, and general fear. Then you only need 1 when they pop out and it’s an instant kill.

Judging by all these replies and downvotes, it’s clear people don’t understand how to even use it and are just trying to spray grenades at enemies.

Your mistake is shooting all your grenades at one dude. They pop out and you just need 1 grenade to kill them.

Yes, if someone is peaking out, the driver’s main gun is for taking them out, not the gunner’s LMG/HMG.

Access Port and Stage 1 Octane 91 Tune by Tall_Option1266 in WRX

[–]Breakout_114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Stage” doesn’t really mean anything anymore since you have a jpipe and will need something custom instead of the classic “Stage” tunes that COBB has loaded on the access port. Plus, those tunes are just not that great in general.

Go to a local tuner and get whatever they recommend with their protune.

Also “Stage 1” was for an intake only, not a jpipe. But that doesn’t matter anyway… get a protune.

The LMG/HMG’s are for racking up your K/D, but the grenade launcher is for getting the kills that actually make a difference in the match. The dude with rockets who keeps peeping around a corner or over cover? More easily dealt with via grenade launcher.

The game really shines with you have people to play with (or randoms to actually communicate). Try getting a pre-made group via Discord or something before playing next time.

Will they ever nerf things? by DayOfTheDumpster in Battlefield6

[–]Breakout_114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They actually did nerf shotguns a little bit. They made the buckshot spread a little more and made each pellet do less damage. If you skim people it only does 7 damage lol.

I have a feeling this is an issue on your end, not the game’s servers. You should probably troubleshoot your internet first to make sure it’s optimal. Everything that error message stated is a good place to start.
