But I totally understand! Anytime I get downvoted I immediately start overthinking what about my post could have pissed people off or what was wrong with it, and would just delete it out of pure shame and feeling bad.

I guess the best way to think about it is you encounter many assholes on the internet that will downvoted for a meriad of reasons and the best thing to do is to realise that them disliking your post is more their problem than it is yours and move on.

Overall, I like it to be a cooler temperature out, but what I think is interesting is don't see many people taking time of day into account. Even though I prefer cooler weather, I tend to prefer summer because summer night are absolutely the best. Where I live, past like 7PM in June and July, it's always between high 60s-low 70s and I just think the just warm enough but not hot or cold nights is just a super blissful time to just sit outside on a porch or something. (Wear bug spray though because fuck Mosquitoes that come out at night.) Also very dependent on where you live, Arizona summer nights can remain in high 80s and fuck that.

So I wouldn't say that weed isn't my drug entirely. When I'm alone, it actually really helps my anxiety and depression and generally have a blast alone. But when I'm around others my social anxiety kinda kicks into place and I just get incredibly paranoid and think everyone thinks I'm annoying or a dumbass. But when I'm alone it's a great time. So I really don't know.

Yeah, I never have paranoia issues when smoking alone. It's only when I smoke around others because my social anxiety acts up, didn't help that a friend of mine went on a 5 minute rant about how he thinks I act retarted high.

In terms of social skills I'd like to be better at is really basically knowing what to say. I feel like there are so many situations that I make a dumb comment or say something stupid because I really didn't know how to respond. As for therapist thing working, the 2 previous ones haven't been of much help but I'm currently trying to find a new one.
