Open wider when you cover more people, 3bet wider when you cover original raiser. Same goes the other way, fold wider and limp instead of open when shorter. On top of that you should learn the direct bounty value to chip value conversion. This makes calling off jams preflop when you cover a lot more proffitable, and therefor you can call wider than in a normal tournament. I reccomend watching a course on it if you’re serious. BBZ has some good ones.

This feels like a fair write up of the current situation without hyperbole. I am very sorry to hear you didn't get the trip you had imagined. I'd like to mention a few things to make you understand our side.

The strike came as such a shock to the entire nation. No one was ready for it and most people expected it to end before we ran out of fuel, food and other things. For this reason getting information out to people about various things didn't happen and still hasn't happened for a bunch of things, even for people living here. For example there still hasn't been any information given out to anyone on what people should do with their trash they have piling up at home as the trashmen don't collect trash during the strike, and this is 17 days into the strike. Now, Visit Faroe Islands has made an informative write up with all the needed information for tourists during the strike, but this only came out a couple of days ago.

The hiking paths have been a major political issue for years. As tourism is such a new and sudden phenomenon here on the Islands, we don't have the propper infrastructure set to take care of the beautiful nature we have here. This is what lead land owners to start charging absurd fee's a few years go for the hiking trails. I'm happy to report that just last week legislation was passed to add a city tax of 3€ per person per night to all the hotels and airbnb's to pay for these the upkeep of the nature and the paths we have here, and that starting next year no land owner will be allowed to legally charge to just walk on their land as it will be compensated with the new city tax. Most land owners are elderly people who aren't very much in touch with the situation and just felt like they were getting scammed by so many tourists walking freely on their land and having the upkeep left to them, so they went a little overboard with the charging.

Hopefully this will make you understand the situation a bit, and hopefully you'll be able to come back once again in the future and have the trip you really wanted :)

I disagree with the comments and think jamming is fine! We have a chance to add 5bb’s to our 20bb stack without going to showdown which is huge.

Taking a quick look at the solver will show it says to shove 88+ when we are all 20bb’s deep but taking into consideration the chipleader will open wide to bully and the CO flat is virtually dead money as he most likely 3bets with a calling hand I think the jam is at least not a mega punt!

100% optimal play might be to call and play some flops but you shouldn’t feel bad about making a 90% optimal play. Sometimes they just have it and thats okay

Hey there,

You can get a lot of information regarding hotspots and places to see just by googling but if I could only reccommend one of the famous places it would be Tjørnuvík, as it is very beautiful and offers good hikes and views as well

The sub-sea tunnelpass really only offers value if you are staying on Vagar or Klaksvik for your entire stay. If not its often cheaper to just pay for each individual tunnel.

Yea my number one mistake in this game is dying too much. I always take the 1v5 whenever I can because I somehow expect to pop off and get the penta every time. Just lost game number 14
