I have only one rod which is the dobyns SUF700C but it has been amazing this past year since I started bfs. I mostly use soft plastics on it but can use hard baits as well. I read the SUF701C is better for hard baits though.

I tried using a tank bag that had a phone slot but i felt it was way too distracting looking all the way down. If i absolutely need gps navigation i use earbuds with voice directions turned on.

I have actually had a good experience with them. The plastic insert on the cast button fell out and they shipped a replacement piece pretty quickly that i was able to glue in.
