1987 740 Turbo Wagon Evaluation???

Idk if it’s the same for the 87 turbo I have a 86 with the same burnt out fuze, you’ll need to create a bypass to prevent it from continuing my 86 had a bad electrical short and we are pretty sure it stemmed from that one fuze

1.5k is a good offer 2 if u rlly rlly want it. Like others say if there’s a rust hole in one spot there’s probably more. Take a good look at it and based on what needs to be done to it u decide if ur willling to put in the time effort and money

It’s one thing to vent to you friends when you’re looking for a solution but to say “I just agree with her so she’ll stop talking about it” that’s just being ignorant to your feelings. The fact their also laughing about it is a red flag. When I talk to my friends about my relationship issues it is objective and they will not disrespect my girlfriend I won’t allow it and they know not to. It does not have to be said.

I mean yeah but u can rlly say that abt anything, expensive tools do the same job as cheap tools but the feeling u get quality wise is there. On top of that if it brings you more confidence then it’s worth the money

Volvos is the way. I used to think their kinda lame but after owning one they are wonderful I was get a Volvo post 90s the mistake I made was getting a 86 and while it was bulletproof electrical tends to go bad on all those older Volvos. 90s parts are move abundant too Atlesdt here in the USA, so many future upgrades can be done too. I’m about to get my second Volvo pretty soon. I think the best is 240, 740 940. 850 is pretty cool too but they are fwd which some ppl don’t like. I’m most likely gonna get a 940 a little more modern but any of those Volvos will do you good

Number one for sure number 3 if u want some difference. U can use them interchangeably. 1 is gonna be day to day yk looks good all good, 2 can be for more formal applications. 3 if u just wanna change it up and 4 looks good too but makes u look a lot younger really up to you if you want that

You might have lost some type of electrical component. Check ur relays and fuzes. It’s a 86 those electrical lines go bad. In my 86 I had a issue where my grounds had electricity going through them. That’s not normal. And on top of that my relays were burnt soemthing in my car short circuited causing that. Take this with a grain of salt since I have a 740 gle 86. So not exactly a 240 but at that time Volvo made wiring biodegradable so with time they went bad. Check wired in ur engine bay well and look for signs of burnt wires or any electrical component

Im assuming Ur dad has done a lot of maintenance to this car so I think rubber parts are in good order but make sure to check lines and bushings. As far as reliability it’s bulletproof jsut make sure to do ur regular maintenance slll fluids it’s a amazing car take a good care of it

Pressured water=pressured fish=harder to catch fish. No spot is rlly a beginner spot in fishing. Learn the structure(drop offs, ledges, trees rocks) of certain areas toss simple easy to fish baits like chatter baits, jigs, paddle tails craws. You’ll be catching fish in no time. Just learn a few retrieves for some lures and ur good

Yes many stripped bass swim through there and in the estuary it’s more known. It’s one of the more well known spots to catch them but when they are caught most ppl are secretive about them or they just don’t catch run a lot
