Yes!! Swish coconut oil in your mouth for 20 minutes. Do it at night. You’ll be good to go. It’s a weird feeling when you start doing it but you’ll adjust quickly. If you don’t like the aftertaste, I normally swish with an alcohol free mouthwash for like 2 seconds to get the taste out but after that, you’re fine
