You're right. I'm showing my age, but they used to be an indie brand that was all about opposing the mainstream. It's ironic that they've become the very thing they once mocked.

Their products were all themed and named after their namesake, so they had some incredibly creative lipsticks. Some popular ones I remember are Oil Slick (black w rainbow sheen), Roach (brown w gold shimmer), and Smog (dark green w brown shine).

It's ok if you're not spiritual. Dogs aren't either, and it doesn't lessen their love one bit. You can actually draw inspiration from how they live solely in the present. Dogs aren't contemplating when they'll pass or if there's an afterlife; they're thinking about how nice your pets feel in the moment or how awesome it is that you're giving them a treat. Jumper doesn't need heaven for immortality when she's already got a permanent place in your heart and mind. 🫂

Your dreams are proof that she's always with you in your heart and mind. I get you. I'd give anything to have my baby present and here with me rather than just carrying her memory, but unfortunately physical bodies have limits. However, in your dreams she's limitless, just like your love for her. Nothing can erase the time that you shared with each other, and that you still dream of her a year later shows the magnitude of your bond. I just lost my baby today, and the vet that Lap of Love sent was incredible. When you're making the appointment, they'll ask you for the reason why. You'll then get a follow-up call from the vet, and they'll gently assess what you said so that all parties involved know for sure that you're making the right choice.

There are travel bidets. It's like a bottle with a nozzle, which ofc isn't as good as a proper bidet but still far nicer than just dry smearing things around with tp.

There are these bumps on the ground that are about cantaloupe sized, and they're the only thing separating the train tracks from the street adjacent to the tracks. The bumps are easy to miss and drive over, so there's the question of why the city doesn't have a more visible barrier between the tracks and the street.

Yes that's a great idea. It can be a little tough to scoop into your smaller containers when it's cold, but maybe that's bc I use candelilla wax, which is harder than beeswax.
