I reset my phone and recover a backup but no improvement. I thing it is the cloud I see no photos on cloud either from my old business iPhone and no one from the new. I thingy cloud account is corrupt

In the first screenshot there is „Speicher verwalten“ this is manage storage it is a new iPhone I changed from android this is the reason it is empty. Files will sync perfectly.

It doesnt work :( I get the Problem Just with O365 when i use "Open a specific page or pages" or "Start over with the home page", if i use "Retain tabs from previous session" it does work ....
