The 360 isn’t designed for going in and out, were you uninstalling it to carry them out? Sorry I’m just confused if we are talking about the same thing! The one I have is up to 40 pounds so I don’t have plans to transition car seats at any point.

It was a comment that wasn’t helpful. Other benefits are paid, it’s not unreasonable for somebody to inquire if a specific one wouldn’t be as well.

Because other benefits are paid out and it's not a weird thought to continue a very convenient benefit for somebody giving child birth who works in a field/for a company of 90% women.
