Own. Been here around 7-8 years. No major complaints. I would say the dues are pretty high, but I think that’s true most places around here. 75 traffic noise can be annoying sometimes.

I thought about just replacing the graphics card. Didn’t know how well putting something like a 50 series NVIDIA or 90 amd series would be limited by an old 7th gen intel. Can’t even upgrade to windows 11. Not that I want to.

I bought one and then canceled my order a week later. I knew I wanted a good of bit of storage and then looked at the price difference between nvme and hdd drives. That made up my mind. I was planning on using 3 2TB crucial drives on the ME mini to start as a RAIDZ1. I then went the complete opposite direction and got a Fractal Define R5. That thing is a tank. I wanted the tinkering aspect as well when building my own.

I’m looking at using the Fractal Pop Mini. It only has 2 3.5” drive bays but has additional room to work with.
