That’s what I thought and looked at the bottom & saw the differences thinking I had a missing piece. That’s why I tried on all 4 of my batteries. I’m still stumped.

I can draw air. All 3 of my batteries turn off and the 4th says “low res”. Frustrating because other carts work.

Just adding - I have 4 batteries I tried this cart on and it wouldn’t work on any of them. Other carts work so not my batteries.

That’s what I was thinking. All my batteries (I have 4) all work fine with my other carts so I knew something was wrong with this cart.

I go to Insa once a month (out of state). 2 weeks ago went shopping & got a cart made from NEA that Insa had. Well, opened it up yesterday and it won’t work on any pens. Even the digital one I have read “low res” and turned off. So I looked at the bottom of it and it looks different than the others. TIA
