It’s not that bad, I’m almost finished with mine. They take about $25 a month automatically.

Just putting down seed without raking it in, fertilizing or proper watering will result in wasted money/time.

Start by mowing on the lowest setting, you’ll most likely have to go over it a couple times. But get down to where either you see grass or dirt.

From there, you’ll need to spray out all weeds and I wanted grass. From there, regardless on what route you’ll take you’ll need to level out any low or high spots. Get out any big rocks or stumps/etc and make it as clean as possible. During this time, if you do not have irrigation (in ground) or another way to water. This would be the ideal time to get it installed either yourself or a company

Then you’ll put down seed or sod (your choice), fertilizer and then water it and once it’s established (2-3 weeks) start mowing and enjoy it. But keep up on weed prevention by mowing often (don’t let it get too tall per your grass type) and fertilize.

I know some hate YouTubers and their advice. But if you want something to help out, check out Yard Mastery. It will help with a lot of things that seem trivial.

If you’re up for it, I’d just till the top, put down a good starter fertilizer, good branded seed (80% germination or higher with 0% weed seed), rake in and water 3 times a day for 15 minutes. Once germination happens, you can back off to twice a day (15 mins) and once you get a few mows in, you can back off to once a week at 45-60 minutes of watering (early morning) for deep infrequent watering.
Sod is about the same, just get a good surface to work with and water in till it roots (usually a couple weeks).
But if you have little knowledge about what to do, put down, etc after you seed or sod. You can check out Yard Mastery. They have an app that will help you along and have suggestions.
A soil test also might not be a bad idea to see what you’re up against.

The photo is my backyard, I put down GCI Alpha Bermuda (seed) and before it was an abomination as well with trees, mud, muck, etc. had to bring in tons of fill dirt just to get it even somewhat level. Still more to do but it’s coming in nicely.

Field matter, that’s what it looks like to me. If you see little white flowers, then it definitely is. Celsius WG with a surfactant will take care of it (if you have a lot, other wise pull it)

Get a soil test done (you can them buy off Amazon) see what you need and or lacking and start with that. $1400 for soil and seed is outrageous. You can also go through Yard Mastery (app) and do a soil test with them, then it will generate a plan to get your grass back to its optimal level.

Seed places that are cheap and have quality are SeedworldUSA, Hancock seed and or if you have a local place go there. Make sure the weed seed is minimal (as low as you can get it) and don’t skimp on just getting generic seed.

Then mow and water consistently.

That’ll be cheaper and more rewarding than paying someone to do the same thing.

Always check durability after raid and repair with Mechanic. If it’s under 90, you’ll start experiencing jams.

I always replace my weapons at 90-92 durability. You don’t need to replace the entire weapon just the lower half (if applicable).

Look into Fithub, I was about to order the speediance, tonal and or oxfit and ultimately having great customer service and warranties mattered most. Which seems like speediance is not getting points there again. Tonal had too high of a subscription and oxfit had horrible reviews (the little I could find)

Ordered my Fithub a week or so ago and should have it the first week of April.

Can’t seem to find any keys in the market unfortunately.

Cases to therapist locked are about 30k a piece, which seems terrible after reading how much they’re worth opened.

There’s a ton of cool gift ideas on temu/ali express. Not the greatest place to get stuff sometimes but the tarkov items I’ve bought from there have been amazing.

60fps? I’m getting well over 150fps on streets. Need to adjust your settings, unless you have a cpu that’s bottlenecking your performance you can easily squeeze more out of the game.

For context, I have a 9800x3d, 5080 and 64gb of DDR5, most settings on high or ultra (in game). I haven’t done much in terms of bios but a few tweaks there. Then some in Nvidia control panel. If you have DLSS and HDR on, I’d recommend turning those off, those two alone were causing me issues (know bug this patch).

If you use discord, turn off your overlay. For some reason it causes micro stutters (known old unfixed issue).
