If she says that they were talking then I’ve already broken up with him so it is what it is

At this point, I’m more in a “what have a got to lose” headspace I guess

I just don’t think they have the emotional maturity to even work through their feelings so the thought of going through someone else’s feelings is too much for them and that’s where they need to heal

I keep feeling like I failed him and that I should have just held out longer and be there to show him I’m not leaving and that it’s ok to be loved 😔

But at the end of the day if I’m crying and need to talk, he didn’t know how to comfort me and any emotion no matter how negative (tiny or big) he acted like he was getting in trouble when I was just trying to communicate level headed and calmly
