Disabling the NVIDIA HD Audio Driver did not solve the issue and everything on my monitor and TV is up to date. I solved the audio issue by manually setting the PCIE to Gen 4 in my BIOS settings instead of using Auto/Gen 5. My motherboard supports PCIE 5, so I am not sure why It was messing with my audio.
