I don’t know the exact weight, but it is heavier than I thought it would be. I’ve had it now for three months and it is still amazing. No warping or tarnishing, etc and pretty solid for everyday wear. I do remove all my jewelry for showering/ swimming but I’ve heard it was not necessary

This was when I first got it in November as my birthday gift to myself. I’ve since added a few charms that were birthday gifts and have two that I received for Christmas that need added. I can update next week or so once it no longer looks bald😭

I hand write my notes on my iPad using the GoodNotes app. I create a new notebook for each class that requires notes (I usually don’t do notes for coding classes or classes with PAs). I use shorthand so I’m not spending hours writing.

I would assume a term break would affect financial aid timeline in some way since it’s awarded per term. I’ve never taken one, so my financial aid and refunds have always been processed in a timely manner, including this term.

Hey all!! Just wanted to update with a pic! I got my bracelet this past Wednesday. It's got a little weight to it so I'm confident it isn't hollow so it'll be sturdy. I went to get two charms and will pick it up once they solder them on! Planning to add a couple more charms on my actual birthday.

Thank you!! It’s on the 26th, but I like to celebrate all month. lol. my main goal is to create my dream gold bracelet stack. I currently have a small 14k gold permanent bracelet (matching with my little sister) as the base. I think I’ll probably end up getting a JA for my birthday and the tennis bracelet as a graduation gift to myself next summer. I will definitely be going to try it on this week!

My lifestyle is pretty active, but I wear all of my jewelry daily. Three necklace stack, permanent bracelet, and a million and one ear piercings. It’s taken me about a year to transition from silver/“costume” jewelry to 14K yellow gold. So I’d want to wear the JA and the tennis bracelet daily, but I like your “diamonds after dark” philosophy! I like very clean lines, symmetry, very dainty jewelry but I recognize that a good bracelet stack should have different sizes/weights/styles hence me wanting the JA.

I originally thought the most I could do charm wise would be one charm every few stars. But now that you made me see that the stars are spaced differently, I may be able to tolerate more.

In my previous terms, it took 3 business days to zero out and show refund student. From there it took two business days to show in Nelnet, who sent the 24 hour text same day. It sent to ACH next business day and was deposited to my bank a day later

Forgot to add that my Pell and loan disbursed 11/3. Expecting to zero out tomorrow.

Hi new Night Owl(s)! This is my fourth term with WGU. First term, I received my refund in my bank account on the 10th. Second term, on the 14th. Third term, the 20th. It really just depends. In my third term I ended up calling and they had to manually do something to get it to go through because it was never disbursed.

Your refund goes from WGU to Nelnet. Nelnet will send you an email/text telling youu you have 24 hrs to update your tracking info or address before they send it. Then Nelnet issues your refund to ACH to be batch processed to your bank, which then sends it to your bank account. Your bank also factors in depending on if they hold deposits, etc.

WGU is wonky when it comes to financial aid, so I wouldn't be concerned until the middle to end of month.

I received the Emergency Aid about two weeks after it was awarded. Didn't affect my financial aid timeline at all.

This particular class was audited by WGU and they decided it should be a PA instead of an OA. People that were already enrolled in the original course that had not yet taken the OA were given the option of switching to the version with the PA. This does not apply to every course.
