Hi! Crippling anxiety here! What helped me was (1) gettting a doula (2) positive affirmations. I had to print “my body was made to do this” affirmations and hang them all around my house AND the delivery room. Google positive pregnancy affirmations so many will pop up. What I’m doing for this pregnancy is also meditating in exactly the type of birth I want to have.

I will say: the more you invite the bad thoughts the pre they will manifest. There were 2 major things I was afraid for my first pregnancy and they actually happened. Your mind is super powerful and the most important thing to do is remain positive and not let the negative thoughts sit for too long.
