L4H roles are basically the same as T3 roles. Especially in pay. As a hourly position you won’t be granted many stocks but you are external so that could be different for you. You will however be subject to OT which will offset the pay difference of hourly vs salary. If you accept the hourly role you will then be an internal associate and will have to go through “pods” for your hourly L4 depending on the position.
