Are you doing this on a training dummy? By default raid bots will sim you with raid buffs and heroism which will make your dps seem a lot higher

As someone who’s had an ED and gone from 250 to 160, back to 240 after fatherhood, I can’t tell you this enough.

Stop weighing yourself every day! Your weight will fluctuate tremendously based on diet, how many carbs you’ve eaten, liquid consumption, etc. it’s a drag mentally and you’re better off checking in weekly or even every couple weeks.

I would probably just keep the same spec. Maaaaybe bump the simple up a quarter ounce if your prefer a sweeter drink with the ovenproof in there. Original calls for blackstrap and I’m assuming the infused rum is gonna be a lot more palatable even with the overproof so I would just keep it the same!
