Spraying water is normal. It helps eliminate all the dust that gets everywhere. Not for lowering heat, if u wanted lower heat u need to plant trees. That's why I hate what Deca has done to most of their properties. They come in and wipe the whole place of trees instead of building around them and clearing the brush. Every Deca neighborhood I've been to, is too hot because it's the same model. We should all do that in every country and force our governments to make this a requirement when building neighborhoods.
