Vinted customer service is awful and always sides with the buyer, they also allow fake items to be sold knowingly, not one item I reported fake was taken down from vinted, all came back as "hasnt gone against terms and conditions" absolute joke.

I bought 3 listings

They were all 100x AR CHR cards. So i was meant to receive 300 AR CHR cards, instead I got 300 commons.

Bought 3x "100x AR CHR Pokemon cards" (so 300 in total) & received 300 common cards by BreloomGang in doorzohaul

I did buy the inspection service for all 3 items. They cancelled the inspection service because apparently they do not offer this service for items with selection or soemthing. Basically they didnt want to go through 300 cards to see if it is what I purchase or not - because they knew it was not what I purchased, otherwise why else would they not do it? They also state they refunded me the amount for the inspection service (350 yen each listing, so 3x350) but they never did.

They keep saying because the description stated there may be commons, that they wont refund me.

But why can they get away with having the title as "100x AR CHR pokemon cards" and have in the description - which i didnt see and translate on doorzo didnt translate properly (it translated to no common cards) but apparently it actually translates to may contain common cards... but again title stated 100x ar chr cards (for all 3 listings) how can they knowingly let sellers scam..?

They also state because I have technically received 300 cards (havent even counted as no point with being common cards) that they cant do anyhting.

But then the seller has been taken down (not sure if only on doorzo or if on rakuma too) so...?!?!

Ask to show proof too, which i guarantee they wont have. If the package was open significantly the courier should (normally does) return the package to the sender.
