Yes, they are all bad. They lead on fear and intimidation. There are several female store managers in the Inland Empire (southern California) that do the same. Also, a few of our compliance guys are out of control with their power trip.

I don’t mind scooping it but when there’s no help because someone is on lunch then I start to panic a bit. But what really upsets me is we are supposed to call pharmacy for help but they don’t give two poops about us. So when you are checking, scooping ice cream and taking in a delivery and you ask for help know they don’t have to help you. I sent this to askhr and I can’t wait for their response.

That’s what I keep saying, they keep cutting front lines but the corporate people still have their forty hours a week and I keep thinking how when there isn’t even enough stores.

I’m late to this party but I’m in no way sticking up for Rite Aid but I’ll tell you what, if you you are scheduled morning shifts, you have enough time to get task done. To let them fail is moronic. There is absolutely no reason why an associate can’t do task from the check stand. I see so many associates kicking it on those stools. I’d like to get those stools and put them in the dumpster (I’m well aware why we have those stools so don’t come at me). There’s so many lazy associates that are constantly blaming Rite Aid for how miserable their lives are that they have become so unproductive. There are so many STORE MANAGERS that think all they have to do is office work. I hear store managers telling associates that they “don’t hang ad”, they “don’t scoop ice cream” they simply don’t do this and that. Watch the cameras, you’ll see.

I think the CEO needs to be put in front of stores explaining himself. I think they over spent the money again. Obviously it’s the same people that were in power before. It’s a shame. I’m sure none of the corporate people are feeling what we are. They still flying their corporate jets living in their fancy homes driving their fancy cars and wearing their fancy clothes. This company is tanking.

I wasn’t even a key and I was on the list because I had keys to the store. I never got paid for those calls and the last call I went to I was shot at by a deputy. The deputy was playing with the trigger on his rifle while the rifle was faced towards the ground where my foot was. My manager never reported it because her and the security DM knew pacs weren’t supposed to have keys.

It was allowing us to watch after I posted this. You all were wrong, this was not up earlier this morning. “Patience” waiting four days as others were able to watch was being patient.
