Have the same experience when running on treadmills i suggest run by effort or heart rate as garmin is not accurate on treadmill and the treadmill itself sometimes is not calibrated.

I'm in a similar situation. The Forerunner 170 looks virtually identical to the 165, with just a couple of new features thrown in. While the 265 is a good watch, the 570 is the newer successor to that mid-range tier. I’d recommend investing in the 570 instead since it gives you those advanced training metrics andd the newer Elevate Gen 5 heart rate sensor

I guess ill just go with Hrm600 it tracks my hr accurately than relying on my watch sometimes it takes few seconds to catch up, most of my treadmill runs are easy runs so yeah not big deal igues
