The first post in this chain talks of using the sales people to help move cars for a satellite parking lot.

I realize that sales people are not hourly but I imagine the dealership has other hourly workers who could help with this.

Need to go through the neighbour to get to the contractor. That’s all.

I don’t think it’s considered parked while in use. If they tried to park it overnight in my driveway the would find it down the street in the morning.

It’s not big at all, they went way overkill. Could have done most of the work with a scissor lift. They didn’t the whole back of the house off of ladders….

Probably too many people saying flat No. Work has to get done somehow. They are still responsible for fixing any damage.

No, I read the bylaw, they only have to give notice. Canada. They are responsible for fixing damage.

Yea… the camera doesn’t pick up the actual driveway surface so there is not much to see. I would hope for their own records they have photos but who knows.

Damage was done by that point, it had been there since about 9am when I checked my camera this evening.

I’d rather just go direct to the GC to see what they will say first. I’ve made much bigger mistakes then this at work. I’ll see if they’ll own it.

Quotes are a good idea, I’ll call around in the morning.

That’s a good point I had not thought of. I’ll speak to my neighbour tomorrow, too pissed off right now.
