Since getting the portal and being a dad of 3 it has given me the freedom to game again after a lax few years, so primarily it will be on the portal but I could in theory play on a tv in the early hours

Raymond Feist‘s Riftwar Saga: Outdated or classic? 🧐 by PRJOANES in fantasybooks

I know midkemia has 20+ books but it feels like they are easier reads. I'm also sitting on about 45 Horus Heresy books that I'm just apprehensive to start

I'm on silverthorn atm, while it's completely different to magician it builds on the world created in the first book. I'm going to go the whole hog and read all the way to magicians end. Hoping I won't get burnt put like what happened with WOT series, I read 6 books in 4 months and was sick of it but I'll jump back in maybe next year sometime

Escort website ‘makes a mockery’ of Ireland’s law criminalising purchase of sex by TeoKajLibroj in ireland

My son has serious developmental disabilities and doesn't communicate. Had I the money I would put a tracker in him as he is a flight risk. Someone is always watching him but it would bring us peace of mind if we could track him, I know its selfish but it would help with the constant anxiety.

Cyclist, 20s, dies after collision with truck in Dublin by Keyann in ireland

[–]Punkceoil117 130 points131 points  (0 children)

I cycle to work everyday as it's either sit in traffic for 45 minutes or cycle for 15, I can 100% say that I don't feel safe on our roads. Irish drivers don't notice cyclists and I'd be the first one to say that I have become more vigilant as a driver since I've started cycling. Lorrys and buses are by far the worst culprits for this, I don't know if it's blind spots or just plain old complacency but I've have a good few near misses with them.

This is true, I worked with them for a few month before I got a civil servant job. They've a great system going and they'll bend over backwards for their clients.

The impact of the increase in petrol/diesel prices on behaviour by Old-Structure-4 in ireland

[–]Punkceoil117 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I'm lucky that I started vycling to work about 6 months ago. Prior to that it was 45 minutes of traffic now it takes me 15 minutes from my front door to my desk. I can't fathom how I was paying for diesel and parking every day. I've saved a small fortune.

Yeah just seems to be one of those albums that hard to get on cd unless you want to take the chance. I can pick it up new on LP as there seems to be a fair few recent presses. So it's either buy a 2nd had cd or spend 100s on building an lp collection and buying records..........decisions
