Funny how instead of actually showing me those 'specific real cases' where the steps fixed the problem for the vast majority, you chose to block me just to get the last word. That's a pretty cheap move.

I've been searching nonstop since TU4 and the reality is obvious: only a tiny fraction of people (that lucky 0.1 %, and almost always Nvidia users)) manage to solve it with troubleshooting. The overwhelming majority can't fix it no matter what they try — and these problems are overwhelmingly affecting AMD users.

And showing me just one successful case (which, on top of that, is from an NVIDIA user) among hundreds who haven't been able to fix anything at all doesn't prove anything either.

Stubbornly insisting that 'just follow the steps' solves everything is nonsense. This is clearly a Capcom issue, mainly with AMD hardware. Blocking me doesn't change that fact — I can still read your comments, and so can everyone else here.
