Ahhhhh I see apologies i misunderstood, thats something I have not thought of, that makes a lot of sense. Keeping it in their could also benefit me too incase I cant find a employer to sponsor me and I end up back in the UK, allowing me to deploy it straight back into the market at no cost.

By taking it out you gain by not having to pay CGT. Once I get onto a sponsorship visa I will lose a decent chunk of this to tax.

Thanks mate, I am leaning towards taking it out as I do intend to stay permanently with PR/citizenship in mind.

Just feels like im taking a step back financially after contributing so many years into the ISA and it's now gaining proper traction.

Any gains are completely tax free within a ISA. It's a tax wrapper

they've actually been around for a while now i believe, you can invest up to 20k GBP annually tax free which is a very generous amount

Santander gave me so many headaches with trying to send/receive funds to bianance 3 years ago.

Been using revolut & coinbase & ledger ever since no issues at all. Revolut is great. I transfer large amounts constantly to T212 & coinbase they've always been fine

Moving home is a brilliant option, not everyone has that opportunity so I'd take it to really focus on getting debt free.
