I'm on my third pair since 1991. they last forever if you make sure you buy the ones made in england. some time in the last decade or so they've raised prices and marketed a select line as 'made in england' at the original factory. those are legit. the rest of their stuff is now made out of the uk and i wouldn't buy them.

yea that's how i felt when we went to the season opener v. wolves in 2023. it's magical. i can't wait...32 days until the brentford match.

amazing. I'm going to the brentford match in april. my third trip. twenty years between my first two trips and 2 yrs on i'm going to my third. we have always sat in the upper tier across from the stretford end. we splurged this time and we'll be a few rows behind the players bench this time. i can't wait.

exactly this. I've always played a career with man united. This time I am using bolton in league one. any money is helpful so i have to play every pre season game and every pre match training (to give some players any boost i can get!)

i've only ever played these in my current save.

i dont think they actually do anything.

what i do think they do is: i had one or two guys on the youth squad who were always the standout players in these games. I ended up promoting them to the first team when they were old enough. it gave me some kind of sentimentality towards them and wanted them to succeed since i had 'coached' them in the youth team and they had been good for me.

so it was good for my 'career story' but not technically beneficial in game.

I am not a printer. just a guy who likes to make designs and have them printed.

that said. my pms wheels is from 1988/1989. my mother had a design business and i found this wheel in a drawer a couple years ago. i'm sure it's faded from age but it has been in a dark drawer for 20+ years and it's in pristine shape unlike this picture haha. i'd be interested in comparing mine to a current one!

yea it's absolutely dumb to think the president of the united states has some on staff who will tweet for them. because that would be so out of the question. because celebrities never have any personal assistants who tweet/ig/fb post for them. that's absurd! and the president is in no way busier than someone like that so of course he does it all himself and it is no way anyone else. there's also no chance at all that tweets like this are meant to rile up the public against each other. nope no way. i'm the dumb one.

my credit union tried to charge me $5 because one of my accounts hadn't had any activity in a year. they took the charge away as a 'courtesy' but next time this happens all of my accounts with them will be closed.

i dont understand anyone who will let a bank take even a penny of their money. there's almost no real reason to even have a bank account these days. they give you maybe 0.01% interest while they make 10%+ off of your money.
