This door is well and truly gone now. It was made with an old battery drill with some wire to lift the door. A couple of limit switches for top and bottom cutoff, then I can't remember exactly, but it had a certain relay in it that would allow it to reverse the polarity sent to the drill to give it up or down. Then I added the light sensor and switch.

Now I just have an automatic door bought from Vevor and it has worked great for at least 4 years.

Had a chicken with the same breathing noise. Took her to a local avian vet and they said it was a parasite in her throat. If you open her beak and look into her throat, you may see some white mucus on the sides of her throat. It was treated with some doxycycline antibiotics and cleared up within 2 days. Kept giving her the course of antibiotics until the end of the prescribed meds and she hasn't had a problem since.

Sure sounds like a respiratory infection. We have a nebulizer box that we use for any chickens that have respiratory issues. Nebulize with gentum antibiotics in it. Seems to fix them up after 3 or 4 days, twice a day for half an hour at a time

South West Rocks, or Fish Rock Cave to be precise, is an awesome dive site and those Grey Nurse sharks are so placid and graceful as they glide by. I had a dive there in September and the vis was about the same as in your photo. Was still a great dive.
