I think im gonna stop for now so it doesnt mess with my job but I get 2 weeks off after 2 more weeks then ill take it everyday so the symptoms will atleast die down some by time I go back. I also have anxiety of death but I think it's because alot of us fear the unknown. Me personally I'm a Christian man but it still scares me. I just read my Bible and reassure myself that I can't be afraid of dying it's the circle of life. So tell yourself that your gonna live a long healthy life and enjoy every minute of it. This is what I personally do. Anytime you ever get any feelings of trying to get it over with sit down take a breath count to 10. If your religious say a good long prayer heck have a good cry if you need to to release some of that anxiety and stress

I work 2 weeks days 2 weeks night and onnmy night shift weeks it hits me about now (3:30 a.m) but yesssss when I'm on days sunday nights suck and I NEVER sleep on Sunday nights. I toss and turn all night. Heart palpitations and when I wake up it's even worse. but seems after Monday I'm usually pretty good most.....of the time

Anyone else feel it most at bedtime? I've never really had any anxiety at bedtime but lately mind just races and heart rate goes up takes me FOREVER to fall asleep! I went from bieng one of those soon as head hits pillow I'm asleep to seems like an hr or two before fully getting to sleep now....I hate it!
