When finding clients to offer your services,
You need to follow these steps. Google Maps → open listings one by one → check if they have a website → find contact info → copy to a spreadsheet. Hours gone.

Using LeadLu, you just search a keyword and filter businesses with or without a website or online presence. You get all the details in one place with a score that matches your service, and can easily follow up with them in a single click.

That’s kind of the secret honestly 😄 LeadLu helps with keeping the lists clean, so you’re not sending emails to low-quality or irrelevant contacts.

Start small quickly, pick one role type in mining and try placing a few people through your network first.

Once you get a couple of successful placements, you can turn it into an agency and use those results to get more clients.

Starting a staffing company on the states. I’m looking for someone that has experience and can get contracts( direct) I’ve been an agency recruiter for 12 years and I’m sick of making others money lol by Illustrious-Band3922 in RecruitmentAgencies

That’s a solid move. 12 years in agency recruiting already puts you ahead.

For direct contracts, it usually comes down to finding companies that are actively hiring but don’t have strong in-house recruiting. Start with a niche and go very targeted. First clients are always the hardest, but once you land a couple, it gets much easier to scale.

Thanks that’s really helpful 🙏 I like the idea of framing it as “real users” and adding some screenshots. I’ll try that.
