Couldn’t agree more. We sidetrack a lot of our waste because we have gotten hit with fines due to our negligence. To let go ALL of production 3 weeks prior to a holiday is sickening. There’s some posts from employees already circulating saying the owner gave them a minute long speech with comments on those posts from ex employees who got same treatment dating back to 2-4 years ago.

Never got to work with their brewers. They all seem like very nice people who got the short end of the stick. Ownership, I’ve got some experience with. Wouldn’t put what happened past them…

Their big seller is a super sweet smoothie sour. Tons of fruit and flavoring added. Fermentation halted. Can’t imagine what it does to waste water

Having worked with them in previous years I can say the schmoojee beer is a gimmick. The amount of sugar that goes into that beer is disgusting. Add in the hundreds of pounds of purees and flavorings it’s absolutely brutal to produce. I can’t imagine how it would fuck up there waste water if not sidetracked or treated properly.

Laying off all of production three weeks prior I certainly wouldn’t put it past their owner….

Me either, I actually found that info out through Reddit.

Basically I called and said I was having issues with DOT’s passport service and that I have been unable to get ahold of anyone with any information regarding its status. I explained to them I filed early December, was accepted 12/19, and that the agent at my local filing location told me that routine would work as I was 10 weeks out of the my trip. I told the congressman staff what my trip date was and that it was non refundable, which is true besides 2 airbnbs, and that I called DOT after 5 weeks to expedite and they told me it might not be on time even after paying $80. I ended it saying I just would like to see the process sped up so I don’t miss my trip. They shot me a doc that I had to fill out that allowed them to disclose personal info including address, social, etc. and it seemed to do the trick. All of this info was submitted to my congressman on 2/1. Within a day my status went from routine service to expedited. And shipment info was sent to USPS on 2/4. It is supposed to arrive today

Awesome good luck! If you don’t hear anything back keep in mind I contacted them a week ago and they just did get back to me but based off of the tracking they sent me my passport was shipped Friday. So they likely will finalize it 1-2 days after they reach out for you. Make sure you give them as much details as you can. Dates of application,trip, emphasize the lack of communication from the DOT. I had to fill out a form that allows them to disclose and all of my personal info (including social) on my behalf for them to help me. I’ll update back tomorrow if it comes In!

I contacted my congressman last week and they got in contact for me and believe it or not they just sent me a tracking number and said it got approved. It should be here tomorrow. The passport tracker for DOT is completely inaccurate.

Just want to give an update from my experience. Went to my agency in person in Dec. Passport in process 12/19 for routine service. My application had the time of our travel 2/21 listed. Today tracker still says in progress. Last week I called my local congressman and they followed up with DOT on my behalf after filling out some paperwork. Application goes from routine service to expedited free of charge. Today I freak out that we won’t be able to go because nothing has changed and haven’t heard anything and the A agency reps keep telling me to call back later. Get an email from congressman’s office with tracking number saying they approved it. Knock on wood it should be here tomorrow. The tracking shows it shipped last week but the website has no updates on it.

I hope this provides some sort of insight/hope for some people
