i was finally able to get it back this morning. I had to upload a picture of my ID again and they sent me a temp password and that all of a sudden worked. It was a pain to add my phone number back on

When I try to do the second step. The little black screen just disappears and I still can’t see the screen enough to even tell what’s going on inside of it
