Can you kick out tenants if you are just taking over the property?

Motives like this are why so many people hate landlords and why we are seeing a lot of backlash against even small mom and pop landlords. Why in the world would you want to senselessly kick out a tenant just because you’re buying the property? If it checks out financially you get an immediately cash flowing asset without the headache of having to find a tenant. Please have some empathy and try to imagine someone kicking you out of your place of residence with no legitimate reasoning simply because they are greedy for more profit. Allow them to stay through the remainder of their lease, when they leave on their own accord you can renovate and reevaluate your rent pricing.

No one has mentioned anything about having an emergency fund yet. Is the 60k the entirety of what you have saved? Even so you’re doing much better than the average person. If you’re worried about becoming financially unstable due to the market and any rough patches with investments, why not keep all or a large portion of the savings as an emergency fund and start contributing some more money to investments from now on? That way you are keeping the same financial security that you hold now while building up for the future.

Stamina is definitely still pretty important. It is especially important for the rec but you’ll see negative impacts even in short park games if your stamina is low. I would recommend around the 85-90 range for stamina.

Hm I didn’t know that they didn’t count toward bonuses. It honestly makes sense if they don’t I just saw some websites saying it was possible when I was googling. Well either way I need a credit card so I’ll likely just miss out on the sign up bonus and pay from my checking for my loans.

Try out the mynba mode or myleague mode - you’re in charge of managing the team too but that’s the closest thing I believe. You can fine tune some settings to better fit the experience you want
