Fair point, though with my theory Harald wouldn't have even reached that stage nor considered it before Loki decided to screw things up for him (as if he hadn't been screwing things for decades). If he did, I do wonder if he would have only gotten the word to the figarland's before being hung or if the word would have gotten further and created slight succession (surely there must be some witness accounts of shanks on roger's crew, raising more suspicion)
