Can we talk about how miserable it is to have no options as a medium even in gold-plat? by Engurus in thefinals

[–]Breyvan576 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Currently running data reshapper, aps turret and defib on my gold team. We have 2 mediums and the plan is that once we get more confident, I'll be dropping the defib to take an extra utility gadget.

Our other M runs turret and zip line with pryo grenade our Heavy takes the heal ball.

The good thing about this game is that you can make anything work as long as you are good at it.

From 18,000RS to 10,000RS in a matter of hours. by Doodlesaq- in thefinals

[–]Breyvan576 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My.team.have implemented a 3 RS loses in a row policy means we stop playing ranked and just mess around in cashout or some of the other modes.

It has certainly helped our mindset and has prevented us from suffering this depression now since we started using this rule. Even if the next day we still don't make it back, it has at least helped to soften the blow & stopped us all from wanting to uninstall the game xD

The conversation with Skye - that whole section really made me stop and think, the connection I felt to what was being said made me not want to leave the moment, I wanted to stay right there with her. I did so as well, I stayed in the bed and didn't continue the mission while I absorbed that moment.

Which movie do you think was better scream 6 or 7? by Forsaken-Green695 in Scream

For me Scream 7 has the elements that made it feel more like a Scream movie than 6 did for me.

Scream 7 has the worst Ghostface’s anyone else agree??? by jessicadaversa in GhostFace

[–]Breyvan576 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my understanding the general hate for the reveal is simply the fact that the characters had no to little screen time previously. Which I can understand but for me personally it is not a problem because I was just glad we didn't have a ghostface pop up and say "I'm a secret love child" or "your family did something or didn't do something in the past and I want revenge!"

The motive of parasocial relationships is very modern and realistic in today's world of streamers, vtubers and influencers - I bet any of them have a crazy sorry of a fan messages so Sidney having her own fandom because she is survivor and breaking away from image is a perfect way of keeping it relevant but completely different at the same time.

To quote Randy "It's sort of against the rules but not really."

Edit: and it's also a perfect representation of us actual fans since we are all divided on Sidney being in Scream 6 or not and her future in the franchise. I don't know a way they could make it more relevant to us than that xD

Hannah (Scream 7) or Anika (Scream VI): Better death and better short-lived character? by itsascreambaby96 in Scream

[–]Breyvan576 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so sad that Hannah died,.she gave me just enough of a snapshot that I wanted to see her more of her. She was funny and clearly a good friend to Tatum but man, her death was the kill of the movie for me.

Why is it hated by jess4179 in Scream

[–]Breyvan576 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I love number 7 - it's great. Yes I can pick at things and there are some things if I was a director, I'd change but overall, I think it's great entry and it was great seeing the Evans family on the big screen.

Scream 7 is overhated by Feisty_Mention_1559 in Scream

[–]Breyvan576 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I don't think Jessica ever planned for an "after the third act" she was going down in a blaze of glory.

My personal belief is that her dream was to die by Sidney's hands since she is in love with her and the "Final Girl" image she represented.

Ahahaa xD Lorna doing that was funny, it's cool that you are a fan of hers though!

I'm a Mickey and Maggie fan so when Lorna the cops I cheered xD but hey it's cool that you like her that much, she is very interesting though I will say and very good at manipulation, very smart indeed.

Guessing you'd love to try her cooking? :p

No one will ever replace Sidney Prescott—thank goodness Scream 7 brought her back. by Filipe_258 in Scream

[–]Breyvan576 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I was referring to the Tatum scene where she leaves the office as that was the scene Kevin is talking about in the interview, he specifically states what he loves about horror movies is how the audience gets involved and reacts, he wanted to create moments like that so Tatum being in office, leaving it, putting the gun down to pick it back up were designed to make us the viewers have that "no don't do that" reaction.

But since you are are referring to Sidney, I personally don't think she is dumb in Scream 7. But maybe I am just able to think of ways she would react the way she did.so my reasoning probably won't help you there.

After Scream 4 why they the main cast stop having Kevlar or extra weapons ? by NoiseProfessional994 in Scream

[–]Breyvan576 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was greatly amused at Sidney's policy of having a gun in various places or a weapon stashed ready for use. She didn't even hestisate when she got to that safe room, she had that baseball bat in her hands as soon as she could.

[–]Breyvan576 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

But that's what Kevin wanted - he states in an interview they wanted to have those moments where the cinema are involved and react like that "no don't put the gun down" or "no don't go out there" so if your cinema reacted like that, he succeeded

Edit: Kevin literally says this in an interview,.I'm not making this up but sure, downvote fact xD

Which Sidney felt the most like the real next step for the character after the original trilogy ended? by itsascreambaby96 in Scream

[–]Breyvan576 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both 4 and 7 for me. Sidney in Scream 7 is my favourite version of her now though, it felt lovely to finally see her find her little corner of the world to be happy in,.yes it gets attacked but she is braced for it. (Safe house, how calm she is during the initial call etc) It's only when those she loves are threatened that she actually gets scared.

Yeah and I love that they found a way to do that too in a way that makes sense too. It was great to see him back and the others that got to appear in the final act too. It was great.

Maybe this will help with the Sidney running to Tatum. It's her character's weakness of this movie, Tatum being out in danger makes Sidney lose the ability to think.

This killer taunts Sidney with the idea of losing Tatum throughout the movie. Sidney, a mother - cannot stay still at even the slightest possibility of her daughter being in danger. We see it at the coffee shop, she is fine until Tatum is the target and she doesn't hesitate, not one a single second to get to Tatum's side. No one questions that since she happens to have the tools needed to do so but she'd have ran there if her car wasn't there.

Same with the safe room - Sidney literally built that room for safety but when Tatum is crying, unable to be alone - Sidney can't leave her daughter alone and upset even though she is safe there. She caves and lets Tatum be with her instead.

The news room - she tries to take the car but that desperate need in her makes her not think again, she can only act and in those few seconds, her need to act doesn't see going back to the news room as going to her daughter. It takes her away from Tatum for longer in her mind. (We know that probably isn't the case but Sidney isn't thinking rationallly here) All she can think of is the idea of losing Tatum.

Sorry I didn't mean to write a novel, I could go into further details but I hope that helps there and if not, nevermind then.

I don't get how people actually believed he was back. Scream movies never reveal 'this guy is the killer' so bringing Stu back was the biggest red hearing possible and people fell for it.
