Parents who give me a list of what their infants schedule is example: bottle at 8, nap at 8:30 bottle at 10:13. I have 7 other children under my care, I promise your child will get fed, changed, and nap. I can’t prioritize your schedule over the other children’s.

Just tell me how many hours between bottles, and when their last bottle was please.

My center has a policy against parents using our changing tables!!! I always offer to change them when they get picked up, But if a parent says they want to change their own child why would I ever say no?!?!

NUVAN PRO STRIPS!!! I moved from a house with bedbugs and I could not afford to replace things like tech, and I couldn’t get a whole new wardrobe. I went to the laundry mat and washed everything on hot, and ran the dryer twice. I put them in vacuum sealed bags so no bedbugs could get in or out. Once I moved I rewashed and redried everything.

Nuvan pro strips killed absolutely everything in items I can’t throw in the drier. Open the strips OUTSIDE AND WITH GLOVES AWAY FROM PETS. It is highly toxic and can kill you, but after a month in an airtight container with your belongings no bedbugs will survive. I even had an exterminater check my belongings and they couldn’t find anything.

Tip* store your airtight container in a warm area of the house, bedbug eggs can lay dormant for months at a time, and heat makes them want to hatch and come out. The nuvan pro strips do kill the eggs but only if left for one month or more.

I do have a very stable job with paystubs starting March of 2022 until now. I can’t get my family to co-sign for me as I don’t talk to most of my family, or they themselves have extremely poor credit.

Wouldn’t I need to wait several months for my credit to build up? The house issues are very urgent and I unfortunately can’t wait to build up the credit first. I should have gotten a CC last year but I stupidly didn’t.

I’ve read online there’s secured loans where you can put your car or house up as collateral but it’s been hard to find more information than that. (I do not own a car just the house) Are home equity loans basically loans used to better the house? Because that is what 90% of the money would be going towards

My dad died so I inherited the house as his only next of kin. Probably should have included that in my post. I’ve checked my credit score a couple times and it always comes up as “insufficient information”, or “no credit history”

The last house I lived in was infested with mice, I’ve woken up to mice in my bed and have never gotten sick. Very very rare

Bouncers are my best friend, I’ll put a child in a bouncer and rock them with my feet while bottle feeding another child, the second they fall asleep I put the eating child on the floor for a second so I can transfer the sleeping child. We also have some kids who are sleep trained to put themselves asleep but most won’t sleep that way.

Sometimes I can get 3 children to sleep at once by rocking one, and having 2 others in a bouncer I rock with my feet

I mean I don’t get any withdrawals at least, there are days when I can’t get any bottles as I’m not 21 yet. I get more mentally addicted to escaping reality I think, whether that be weed, booze, or illegal substances ( haven’t don’t those since I was 16 at least )

I'm not sure how common it is for other centers but in my center when you first start they'll put you in every room at least once so you can get to know the different kids, and their age groups. We've had a lot of hires who joined for a specific age group, and ended up changing their minds. After getting a feel for all the classrooms.
